Day 18!

Alright everyone last week we scoped out our space for the holiday display. I've taken a couple pictures and it is HUGE!! It also needs a bit of TLC in cleaning. My supervisor and I have made out a rough plan so that this all gets done in time for the Santa Parade in Kingsport when it will most likely get the most attention, this is at the end of Novemeber. That does not leave a whole lot of time since it seems to be flying by! We've broken each window display down so that really it will seem like 5 cohesive displays all together. The main display you can see is the front and largest window, it will house a Santa suit from the archives as well as a large tree. Spread throughout each display will be photos from the archives and any objects that we feel fits the theme. Each box will be a different scene and will hold its own small tree. We are so excited to get started on this!!! Adventure is out there!
